You can call a gay union a marriage if you like, but it's not, really.
Proud to have supplied the 100th Up-Vote !

These statements are exactly right. We are tired of being told that we have to accept the unacceptable.

Nope. The person you responded to did not say "churches."

Sometimes the talking points don’t quite line up with the specifics of the discussion.
In any event, this will happen incrementally, just like all the other rot. Suing a church isn’t politically very palatable today, but just give it time.

You are correct, I should have replied to the one of the multiple people who specifically mentioned churches.

The thing that I worry about most with these woke people is next you can mate and marry your pet? Seriously, when do we realize we have gone too far?

Marriage is a a term for a religious union... not an acceptance of what the bible tells us is an abomination! Just saying...

Yep. This is obvious even to the people deflecting.

True. If you're going to try to dispute someone's argument, then you should definitely dispute the actual argument they're making.
Good talk.

Wtf would someone want to spend money with a company that doesn’t want to marry them? Just go to another company. Problem fixed.
You don’t get to play the grievance card by adhering to plain old common sense.

But there is no respect for the sanctity of religion or the beliefs of it. You are branded a racist, a trans phobic etc etc if you quote any bible stuff that says clearly.. it is an abomination? Even mainstream religion hides and falsifies God's word in the bible. Read KJB that is all that matters censored or not!

This act by the government is not diminishing or harming your religion in any way. Keep doing what you do.

But I cannot find the verses that require Believers to force their religious beliefs upon those who do not share them.
Somewhere in Deuteronomy, maybe?

Some take the “spreading the gospel” verses a little too aggressively.

Dude. You’re a lawyer. You think codifying it eliminates Supreme Court oversight?

Government is supposed to be separate from religion but now they want to end religion and they want to take away your right to practice yours! Separation of Church and State and respect for religion is what this country was founded for and on... I will be damned if they try to take away my God, My Guns and My Rights as an American Citizen!
