Technically the groups who always push the mass shooting narrative categorize it as 4 people who have to be shot but not even killed just 4 victims injured or dead.
They do this so they can lump in gang shootings as part of their agenda. When most people hear mass shooting theythink of stuff like school shootings or the like

I do too. When I said the like I meant things like this or a sort of recent one was the grocery store shooting in I think buffalo NY.
