Meh, very click baity... The splicing of other police videos, claim that she is reported missing 10hrs later (don't know the requirement over there, but pretty sure its 24hrs here) and no actual news stories leads to it being fake.

I had to look up where Ceuta is located. That's a rough place to defend when the going gets rough. And yes, claim for this was staked by Portugal in 1415 and by "Spain" in 1580. I'm guessing time ain't on Spain's side.
