My guess is sometimes you have to cast your net a little wider in order to get all involved... or at least as many as possible...
Pre-planning insurrection for a potential election loss is kinda hard to defend...

They’ll do one of those millions people marches to dc and build a tent city on the mall. They’ll keep those people there and foment unrest in the city, trying to fracture the federal government.

I hate to say this, but let them burn their cities down. Don't engage unless it threatens to spill into conservative areas. When someone/something in politics is destroying itself, don't get involved.
The riots aren't coming to Right leaning areas, and, if they try, the politicians and police in those areas will not put up with it. They may have some weak protests and small street skirmishes with idiots who engage the morons in the small protests, but the normal American cities will be protected by law enforcement.
Once they've destroyed their cities, they will disperse. When nothing is left to do but be miserable in the streets of the decimated liberal "utopias" they will either start fighting each other for not being woke enough or shut it down and revel in their "resistance" in their mom's basement or in their homeless shelters. Once they've destroyed their cause with hate, violence and destruction and moved on, the real Americans can take over the local leadership, and we can rebuild a better version with law and order.

There is a certain logic about this I like and think is correct, I just hate to let them destroy parts of our Country but it may be the best way inflict more long term casualties on them and fewer on us and actually work.

This is correct. I was in Germany in early 70's, military service, great experience.
Anyway the Bader Mienhoff gang were protected by the German nationals, they were seen somewhat as hero's until their bombs starting killing the average persons on the street, their hiding places dried up and they were captured or killed.
