It's sad that we don't get funny, affable Trump now that he's assumed office. More appearances like this (funny, lighthearted, still calling out hypocrisy by the establishment) would engender him more to the people who are over it all or get all their news/opinion from soundbites.

It was the most brutal takedown in politics I've ever witnessed. In person, and I think shortly after the grab her by the pussy tape. It became obvious to me at that point Trump was either going to win, or get crushed.
My takeaway is that he is a developer who made a bunch of money. New money. And never fit in with the old money present. And it was obvious. He didn't like them becuase they never let him in their club, and they didn't like him. And he went after the crowd as much as he went after Hillary. I started to laugh at one point. The only one in the room. Trump looked over my way and smiled. I was way in back, so not sure if he could see me. I doubt it. But he knew the laughter was on his side. And the people around me were staring at me like they wanted to kill me.
I was posting on TD when it was happening. I don't think most people learned about it until the next day.
I'm lucky living in Iowa. I've had several very memorable political experiences. This was different. This was not only political, but it was deeply personal, and Trump was pissed. He covers that well, but he was pissed. I could never be elected. If that tape has been released about me, I'd be hiding under my bed.
Great memory. I'm not sure I ever told anyone on here I was present. Pretty shrewd of you to figure out from my posts that I was there.
