The potheads always get so defensive in these threads, which speaks a lot about how addicted to it they are but they refuse to admit it.

I despite the smell of cigarettes. I'm not going to ask someone else to stop doing it based on that though. Live and let live.

Yeah but most of the folks complaining, complain about the smell in public settings.

Majority of weed users (especially on this board) arent the types you are complaining about.

I can't anymore since I have a gubmin' job but they should legalize it like how tomatoes are legalized.

Grow, partake, sell, buy at market prices.

Edibles are actually the most dangerous form of weed because of the delay between taking them and them taking effect. It’s very easy to overdo it with edibles and injure yourself, much less so with smoking and vaping, imo.

For rookies maybe. Or pussies, or maybe both.

It's better than cigs. That is for sure.

Weed being harmless is propaganda. It’s a complete lie and the antithesis of reality.

Ohhh...I hate freedom.
I mean, I like my freedom to do what I want, but I don't like your freedom to do what you want.

Brought my kid to NOLA to see Savannah Bananas last month.
He's 6.
He asked me, "Dad. What's that smell?"
So, we turned it into a game that his mother and her church friends blushed over.
Anytime he smelled it, I had him yell "ganja" loud. He got REALLY into it.
Hahaha

I totally get the argument to legalize. I don't necessarily want it legalized, but have a hard time refuting points made by the pro-weed crowd. However I judge the frick out of you if you walk around in a cloud of skunk stank out in public.

If its 9 am and you are at the pediatrician's office with a baby and smell like weed, you are an unproductive human and a terrible parent. If you are at the grocery store during the day and stink like weed as you whip out your EBT, you are a leech on society who doesn't need charity, you need actual hardship so you can improve your life.

I don't care for society's direction towards removing personal accountability.

Ban it because of the stench? Lets just turn a blind eye to the medicinal benefits of Mary jane because some folks find the smell off putting.

The 3 youths getting out of their car at the grocery store with dreadlocks didn’t look like cancer patients to me.

It does have medical benefits- but it REEKS.

“I don't like how it smells, ban it”

I got a new primary care physician and he wanted to get some basic biographical info.
Him: 'Have you ever used illegal drugs?'
Me: 'No.'
Him: 'Not even marijuana? You were a young man in the 60s when that stuff was the rage.'
Me: 'I never liked the smell of cigarette smoke. Marijuana was just another smelly cigarette.'
Him: 'Makes sense.'

the medicinal benefits of Mary jane
My wife has prescribed Epidiolex to children. I’m sure anxiety, eye problems, and cancer side effects are common prescribing factors, but this is the only one she has prescribed for. Very little THC in it also. Though, I suppose a 5 year seizure patient could smoke a big doobie if necessary.
