Shut the frick up with this argument. They are a conduit. China gets it to these places with zero scrutiny. Then these regimes/cartels facilitate the transfer to the US.

This is pretty much bullshite and is backed up by very little actual evidence.
China ships more precursor ingredients directly to the US than it does through Venezuela (per Trump's own DEA). China ships the overwhelming majority of precursor ingredients directly to Mexico (per Trump's own DEA). China funds and sets up super labs in Mexico, often times directly managing them (per Trump's own DEA). China sends chemists to establish and work in those labs (per Trump's own DEA). Canada has more super labs that produce actual fentanyl than Venezuela, which has never been linked to any labs (per Trump's own DEA).

Nah. This was using fentanyl, and the associated National Health Emergency, as an emotional manipulation tool to rally public support for the Venezuelan coup. Pulling at the heartstrings of the broken and gullible was the quickest, most efficient way to that end.

And? Is their a point? Is it ok to send it to the USA if you didn't actually make it? I wasn't aware of that concept. Is it ok to shoot someone if you aren't the on that manufactured the bullet?
