Since you are claiming that your CEOs graph shows evidence that white men are not victims, I would like to show you some statistics for larger employment populations that, using your logic, you should find equally compelling to stop the blatant racism that must be happening (I assure you these stats are real).
First group - average annual 2024 income is $11.9 million
70.4% African American
17.5% Caucasian
2.2% Latino
9.9 % various other ethnicities
Second group - average annual 2024 income is $2.8 million
75% African American
25% all other ethnicities

I hope you sued

No.
Because that's not how white men handle this sort of thing, and for good reasons.
A. We find alternatives and work around the situation without being a bitch.
B. The rejection reason was not delivered "officially" but through back channels so it it would be he said- they said.
C. Establishing a reputation for being a sue happy employee is a sure fire way to frick up a career.

The fact that you won’t even name these companies doesn’t lend any credibility to your claims.

It doesn't matter.
It was a long time ago, the people behind those decisions are gone.
I worked around the problem without being a crybaby.

Your friends were trying to make you feel better. “You didn’t get picked only because _______”
You still feel wronged all these years later so it clearly matters to you.

The most discriminated animal on this planet is the Christian white male.

Let me guess: you happen to be a Christian white male.

It doesn't matter to me. I solved my problem.
But it might matter to younger men who would benefit from understanding the forces against them. The experience of of many like me, should be transparent and chronicled.

The point you seem to be missing is that making decisions based on race or special identity characteristics is bad.
If a CEO is hired because he is a white male that is bad. That we have 81 of 100 CEOs of Fortune 100 companies as white males is not proof that 81 racist hires were made.
The action of intentionally hiring only/mainly African Americans, women, or any other specific racial group/gender/sexual orientation is harmful to everyone involved.

Believable, but still UNREAL we got this far into this Satanic takeover.
And that’s what it is, SATANIC! The entire movement is a sick & twisted losers that can’t make it in a strong, Christian society, so they cling to ****s, trannies and pedos’

Got a link? That stat is hard to believe. HR departments can't ask if you are straight or gay, so I wonder where this stat came from. Was this from opinion research?

Sounds fake. Did they cite a source?

You are obtuse.
Don’t think you would know what that means. So rather than looking it up, just watch Shawshank Redemption.

*Looks at the current metrics*
Delusion of Grandeur. This boards victimhood mentality has gotten so much worse every year. Has everything in their favor demographically as a group, but any slight creep towards more equity feels like a grave injustice.

It’s tough. Where I work, our most recent two investment analyst roles were filled with a half white half Taiwanese guy and a Ukrainian woman refugee. The roles before that two white women. And this is a conservative company.
Honest to God question - why do you assume they aren’t more qualified than the field / who they applied against?
Why do you see it as such a fatal flaw to introduce a different voice/perspective into a role?

If that happened and you didn't sue, you are part of the problem

Maybe you’re not good enough. Have you looked in the mirror?

They cry because they’re average and mediocre and the one thing they could bank on to get ahead is finally being called out.
