Reading lots of Twitter feeds saying the numbers Dems were hoping for aren’t there.

Larry Schweitkart for one is saying that the numbers in Florida, Wisconsin, Georgia, Arizona and others are not what the Dems thought they would be with early voting and absentee voting. Says that the numbers are showing Republicans outperforming the 2016 numbers and Dems underperforming big time. Republicans are usually Election Day voters. Keep in mind more Dems have still voted Trump vs Republicans voting Biden.

We just need to get enough people to the voting booth on Tuesday.

I will be one of them.

I believe their last hail mary will be to crank up the COVID-19 fear thru the end of this week and then start pushing for election delay, extended voting time, expanded mail-in, etc. over the weekend

I've criticized the media polls and university polls for fudging numbers for Biden but I also have to say Schweikert was way off in 2012. Take what he says with a grain of salt.

I doubt Trump has anything to worry about here in Alabama, but my wife and I will be doing our part to oust Dud Jones next week!

Don't care where you live if you already voted you can't take election day off.

Get people to vote!

Everyone knows a few sometime voters they might think they are sitting this one out.

Make it your mission to get them to the polls on Nov 3.

Dims thought they would be up 5 to 1 nationally in early voting, they are nowhere close. The only state the pubs are even behind is Pa, and they are a vote in person state except for the big cities, the rest the state votes in person or by mail in ballot. People need to remember early voting is mostly by dems but R's are coming out in droves. Also remember in most midwest states voter have been dims all there lives but on election day they will vote pub..

You mean, the early voting / mail in voting that the Dems were sure, would go their way isn't? You don't say...we can early vote and mail in ballots too! Typical Dems, thinking we be dumb.

Dems are also screwed on Election Day turnout. They usually have massive transportation networks bussing people to polls and that is going to be severely hampered because of Covid. Telling their base to be scared to death of the virus is going to backfire big time.

They also have massive efforts on college campuses to get people to vote, all those kids are at their houses.

This reminds me of the Reagan Democrats of a generation ago.

Maybe but he is talking about actual numbers of voters by party. Doesn’t mean that republicans voted trump and Dems voted Biden. He is talking about the voters that Dems were hoping for are not there. They were hoping to have a huge advantage voting wise and they don’t. Republicans have out voted Dems from past numbers.

Yes and Philadelphia didn’t have the turnout. Hillary has better turnout thus far in comparison. Biden is in trouble and Dems know it.
