His knee was on the shoulder blade area and an approved restraint at the time. George Floyd caused his own death and died from a drug overdose. That's all that needs to be said.
All medical experts who testified (prosecution and defense) agreed the primary mechanism was positional/restraint asphyxia from Chauvin’s knee on Floyd’s neck for 9 minutes and 29 seconds while Floyd was prone and handcuffed.
The primary cause of death was literally undisputed by ALL medical experts at trial.

Just bought it. Thank you for the suggestion. Insane that this is a thing and isn't talked about.

This was 100% Floyd's fault, if the idiot would have just stopped fighting he would have lived.
At least a few more months, he was right at the start of the "fent" explosion and would have surely OD'ed by now.

Not really, just more of your incoherent rambling, trying and failing to make a valid point.
Point out where I'm wrong? That should be easy enough

I agree with the first part
He always got so hysterical dealing with law enforcement .. the footage from other stops of him in The fall of Minneapolis show the same thing
He should’ve complied and not been a wiggle worm when they tried to get him in the cop car initially but
I think he was going to die that day if he never encountered Derek chauvin and he knew it . He was going to likely OD that day , as he took even more pain meds right before he was arrested so they wouldn’t find it on his person

if the cops don't harass him
The pushback against those tasked with enforcing laws when they enforce laws is amazing. This is now called “harassment”? Lol.

Go on Youtube and watch the Fall Of Minneapolis, you'll be pissed off for a few days.
Ehh I watched it maybe a year ago. Still pissed.

If a man refuses to get off another man's neck while he's dying and saying he can't breathe
Not just a man off the streets. He’s in law enforcement. More importantly, Saint Floyd was saying “I can’t breathe” before Chauvin was even on the scene. The approved technique wasn’t the cause of difficulties in breathing. The known drugs in his system caused that. Proven fact.

I didn’t watch the trial. I do know that the cause of death was disputed by medical experts. Hell, even the preliminary autopsy didn’t lend any support to the final report.

I can tell who did and did not watch “The Fall of Minneapolis.”
If you can handle the truth one day, watch it.

Chauvin's case was a modern-day, state-sanctioned lynching.
It was not. Chauvin killed a man.
Look up lynchings in Louisiana. A man was lynched for responding to a white man’s newspaper article in a disrespectful way.
Get out of here with your modern day latching crap.

He would have died on that day anyway, regardless of if Chauvin was on the call or not.
I wish they'd dig the son of beotch up and let him OD again.

I can’t wait for the day that a legitimate documentary come out regarding this gross miscarriage of justice towards Chauvin.
I want Trump to pardon him.
