What is the precedence for this? How long has the longest hanger on gotten away with this for? Months? Years?

I genuinely feel bad for her and her family. She should chillin’ on a soft arse recliner spending time with her family and enjoying wise old matriarch status, not propped up behind a bench until she dies for political gain.

I’ve said this before, but this will go on for however long RBG (and her handlers) want it to. I doubt anyone in Washington wants to poke that bear.

She will be coddled like you’ve never seen. The liberals will be doing literally everything for her - treated like a spoiled teenage French King. Everything from grocery deliveries, to preparing all of her meals, helping her get dressed, brushing her hair... I mean it when I say she won’t have to lift a single finger. When you’re treated like that, you can hold on to life for quite a while. Why will the left do all of this for her? Because “Orange Man Bad.”

There’s her fellow justices. They’ll make every allowance for her they can. They’ll let her miss nearly everything, ensure that her senility is well hidden, change appointments... anything they can do to extend her tenure. Why? Because they know that’ll one day be them.

Republicans realize that they could very well find themselves in a similar situation in the not too distant future. Not to mention the right, unlike the the left, seems to suffer from a bunch of turncoats and cucks (as it pertains to conservatism). So they won’t do anything meaningful either.

Also, I don’t see Trump going hard in the paint against her either. He likely wants to expend his political capital elsewhere. Not to mention he probably doesn’t want to open the political debate up to the “age” issue.

All of this adds up to her needing to be six feet under before anything will happen. I honestly think this could go on for more than a year.

Personally I think Ginsberg is already dead. They just aren't going to tell anyone until after the 2020 election.

The randomly picked expert doctors that know nothing about her medical records say, she will be doing cartwheels in Feb. Nothing to see here, move the frick along.

The word you are struggling to find is “precedent.”

Even if he had, who cares? Hank chose that to deflect away from his hero, RBG.

It's difficult to muster a care. The woman's politics are destructive.

I suspect the next time we see RBG is during her two week state funeral. She has been dead for weeks, but they will continue this charade until Trump is impeached by the house.

What's funny to me is that nobody has even bothered to check the date of that now-cancelled event. It was scheduled for the same night that President Trump is scheduled to give his SOTU Address.

Supreme Court Justices are supposed to attend the SOTU speech. RBG scheduling that event ON THAT DAY was a deliberate slap in the face to President Trump. The Left can sing her praises all they want, but RBG showed that she is both petty and vindictive by scheduling this appearance on the same night.

Then again, welcome to the world of Alt-Left hypocrisy and low-class behavior. It's nothing new.

She doesn't attend the SOTU, Trump should announce he is beginning the search for her replacement...

She said if she could attend hearings and do her job, that she would bow out. Maybe she can, but if she can’t, it’s on her integrity...
