They were filming a TV show for the UK

The USA and UK are much different now, which is sad.

It is sad. The regular UK people have no voice anymore as their guns and sports knifes, all knifes... were banned, and their daughters were raped and sodomized.

But people watch what Harry and his wretched wife are doing on netflix next in the USA.

Except for ceremonial.

I’ve generally stayed away from this globalist conspiracy stuff but goddamnit there’s no damn reason why people from different cultures, lesser cultures , are being forced into the west specifically except for one reason.

And whether it’s Ireland, France, England, or freaking Minnesota it doesn’t matter. It’s all being done one direction, with intent and anyone who speaks up gets mocked & ridiculed . Or worse.

It needs to stop.

I hear ya regarding ceremonial. Does it matter when that islamic used a machete' to behead right on the street?

King Charles gave the Islamic mayor of London the title of Sir.

Real talk, the castle has been overcome before. Will ceremonial swords save the king in the name of diversity, or will he fall on his sword?

This is King Charles we’re talking about. Who was being mocked and ridiculed 40 years ago, when he was a doofus prince. Everybody said Queen Elizabeth would never die because my God, she wouldn’t want to see that piece of shite on the throne.

9/11 was a warning to the West, a harbinger of what's coming.....and the political leadership of the West ignored the warning. Now we see the UK has essentially fallen to the Islamists via Wokeism/Stupidity and the US is running down the same path of ruination.

If today, a fair minority of that crowd would celebrate, like figs on Poli-Rant when Trump mispronounces a name or Iran strikes back.

Two girls that I worked with at the time were in the air returning from vacation in Scotland. It was a surreal experience that I cannot begin to explain to be on a plane over the Atlantic headed for JFK in NYC at that time.

The one I knew best told the story a few times. She said the Captain came over the intercom and braced them for the news but had already secured the pilot cabin. He told them that America was under attack and American airspace was closed. Of course that kind of news led to a lot of conclusion jumping and fear.

The plane was diverted to Gander, Newfoundland. She also said the Captain told them what happened with the hijackings and encouraged the passengers to prevent that if necessary. I think they stayed there a week before they were allowed to come home.

My parents were on an extended vacation in Europe and were told about the attack by their tour guide on the beach in Normandy, which I found so amazing. They were stuck there in France for I believe, 10 days before they were able to come home. When my mother got back to New Orleans, she knelt down and kissed the tarmac, I am so disgusted that we have lost what once was great patriotism and a sense of community and unity in this country, and have gone so far as to elect a f****** islamic jihadist as the mayor of New York. The world has lost it's mind and its way to evil and mentally ill progressives. I thought it had lost its mind on September 11, 2001 as people lept 110 stories to thwir detahs and 1st responders died by the hundreds, but I had no idea what was yet to come. What we have now is the lasts dying gasps of what was America .

The book and musical "Come from Away" tells this story well.

quote:

Come from Away is a 2017 musical, with book, music and lyrics by Irene Sankoff and David Hein. It is based on the events in the Newfoundland town of Gander during the week following the September 11 attacks, when 38 planes, carrying approximately 7,000 passengers, were ordered to land unexpectedly at Gander International Airport. The characters in the musical are based on actual Gander residents and the stranded travelers they housed and fed.

It is one of the best shows we've seen, and one I would see again if it passes through in the future. There is a filmed release of the musical out there, I think it may be on AppleTV. It is worth watching.

There was a dad on my son's basketball team, he was working in WTC when the planes hit.

We hung out at many events, but none of us ever asked him to tell his story. His wife would talk about it openly, but we never wanted him to re-live it.

Didn't NYC just elect a muslim for mayor?

Suicidal Empathy if so.

Damn... someone cutting onions in the kitchen. Good for you, but I'm just glad he survived, so maybe it won't happen again.
