The question, as worded, says affected the outcome. That means, assuming they understood the question, that they believe there was sufficient cheating to change the outcome, not just onesies or twosies.

I forgot who said it but it was a great point: If the democrats literally thought that Trump was worse then hitler and would destroy the entire world, then wouldn't they cheat to save the world? This is the party of moral relativism where the ends justify the means. They use the most inflammatory language that they can (republicans want to put you back in chains, they want to kill women, they want blacks dead, we have 10 years before the world is uninhabitable because of Global warming, etc) so that they can justify whatever they need to to keep power. Of course the leadership knows this is bullshite but they are trying to convince the activist that are counting the votes in the precincts who will do the actual cheating.
