This is why, as much as I supported him, a lot of the blame for the COVID disaster rests with Trump. And what's sad is he intuitively knew to ignore the hostile Left/media, but ended up going against his instincts where COVID is concerned.

I don't know why you get downvoted for this, I feel the same way. Trump built the gallows and walked his hangmen up in hand when he agreed to any of their bullshite. That idiotic taskforce and its 'recommendations' ran cover for the Dems in control to usher in mail in voting. We are still under Fascism in some areas due to the CDC 'recommendations', he should have said NO and fired that POS Fauci.

Call me naive, but I don't put any of it on Trump. Dr. Ferengi fooled everybody else, why not DJT? The country has surplus of Monday morning COVID policy experts. Don't forget about the faulty models put together by Univ. of Washington in the early months of 2020 that predicted millions of deaths in a short time. The conjecture that followed is definitely what's been dragging this shite out since last summer.
