I'll start out by saying that I believe there was fraud. That being said, he is not in the White House therefore he lost. Whether it was stolen, which I believe it was, or legitimate, it happened right under his nose while he was in power. He's either a terrible politician or a terrible leader. Maybe if he had actually focused on draining the swamp as he said he would, and not instead grown it, he would likely be serving his second term.
