Lol. Good question. My guess (could be WAY off) is that QF1 will be a "mobile exhibit" of the Library. Once it's an asset of the Library, that private organization can do with it as it sees fit.

I haven't said one thing about Trump being bad. The man knows how to leverage relationships and power. He got the Qataris to "give" the USAF the world's most luxurious 747-800 for Trump's use as president.
I'm glad QF1 will be put to good use after Trump leaves office. Today's statement by President Trump added complexity to a previous discussion I had with Jbird.
I was just curious what others thought. Will the Trump Library really waste such an amazing aircraft on a static display?

Reagan's jet was an obsolete 707 that had been in service for 29 years.
Trump is taking the best 747-800 in the world and mothballing it 2 years after $400 million in upgrades?
That's all I was interested in, especially since the last report had been that the Air Force was keeping it to convert it for a different use.
