As you can see below, I trust your authority and knowledge on the subject. Therefore, I was sure the aircraft was slated for conversion and retention by USAF based on the article you showed me and your assessment of the situation.
If you're still correct, it's President Trump who is confused. He repeatedly told the nation today that the aircraft was probably going to the Library with him after he left office.
