Not all Muslims like each other.
That said, the top two suspects on this list of who organized it has to be United states or some extremist militant group. (possibly not affiliated with Iran )

I’ll never believe anything from random people on Twitter. But, if Ukraine is involved in any way at any level, whomever made that call in Kiev is the dumbest group of people on earth.
If there’s proof, and not Twitter proof, actual proof, Ukraine’s international support will vaporize.

Trying to get Russia to move resources to fight a second battle against a new enemy would be a move to take while struggling against them.

It shuts the whole thing. His war is over and he doesn’t have to rebuild Kyiv.
He will get concessions from the world along with sanctions for using the weapon. But the concessions will be no more bombs. We understand why you did it good job only using a small technical nuke. You get Ukraine and we all move on. They bring into this Israel and the United States have their spring board for their objectives. In the end, everyone is happy except the Muslims.

Putin should know exactly who it was that ordered the attack unless the attackers honestly do not know where the money came from. They will drug them and torture until they know for sure. Now the problem is whether it was Ukrainian or someone else he will plant that notion. The US if it has information needs to declassify whatever they need to to make it very clear who it was.
