But does not have the hallmark of the usual jihadist attack. Also, the video showing them swearing allegiance is an obvious fake. Why did they blur their faces in the video? The attack had already taken place by the time it was shown.

The problem is that just because one lies doesnt make the other one a good source of information.
Thats like saying my cheating hoe cant be trusted, but someone else’s cheating hoe can be trusted.
Instead of actually using your brain and understanding both hoes have motives that dont align with yours, and are willing to say whatever the frick they have to in order to get their way.

ISIS has enough motivation to act on this alone without considering that using a known terrorist organization to commit murders of Russian civilians aint even close to the MO of the CIA. There's nothing to gain there and everything to lose.
