PT lawyers....how fast does Stone walk on appeal?

The jury foreperson mocked his arrest on social media.
Obviously a biased juror. How quick will it be overturned?
HOW did she get on the jury? Surely she had to lie about her knowledge of the case or Stone's lawyers would have sent her home.
What repercussions does she face if she lied?

That’s not the only juror who should have been dismissed. A senior Obama administration official was also part of the jury.

How did these people get on the jury?
Surely Stone's lawyers were not so bad they didn't strike these two.
They had to lie, or Stone has an excellent case for an incompetent representation claim.

He also needs to file to recuse this particular Judge from hearing this case as she is clearly prejudicial in her rulings. The part I'm curious about is whether there was prosecutorial misconduct on the part of the DOJ in their prosecution of Stone. Remember Stone alleged it but the Judge immediately shot it down and sealed the record.

The juror questionnaire probably had these questions.
1. Do you hate trump?
2. Do you hate everyone connected to trump?
3. Do you believe that all people connected to trump should be imprisoned?
4. Were you mad when Russia, trump and those connected to trump stole the election, without being punished?
The ones who answered 'yes'to all the questions were accepted on the jury.
