The white liberal is void of self worth.“(Quote ST).
Quite the opposite, ST. The Liberal derives their self worth from the altruism innate in egalitarian ideology. They attach no qualifications to mercy or personal moral responsibility to those they extend said mercy to. THAT is the fatal flaw of Egalitarian ‘Liberal’ ideology.
“Behold, there is a way that seemeth right unto man, but the end thereof is destruction “. Many Christians think they will receive unqualified mercy from Jesus, but they ignore the ‘fine print’ for Mercy.
I can’t judge Cubbies heart, but my dog and great granddaughter can instinctually judge the heart and danger of murderous sociopaths who walk into their space. The dog will growl and the baby will cry. They are more based than most liberals.
All people do not deserve Freedom because they abuse it and are unaware or ignore the personal responsibility therein. We are headed to Authoritarian governance either way we cut it. Just a matter of what form it takes. Sociopaths will not be tolerated. Nor will those who rationalize and defend them/their crimes.
That said, “but by the grace of God there go I “. If I had been born into their life I might be one of the worst. No Theologian will ever convince me that ‘we’ did not exist in some previous form which determined our fate in this life. Otherwise, the Justice which God promises would be null and void. As would the idea of a Loving God.
“In the BEGINNING was the Word…”. Truth rules even God.
A big mess and a worthy challenge. Lord come quickly.

All humans.
Go to many places in the ME and Africa and you will see it on full display.
The need to belong to a group is very strong in humans, both for 'safety in numbers' survival instinct and because of the social need baked in.
For females, because they are the only ones to give birth, that need is stronger because of mating and offspring.
All cults, movements, manipulations, etc. rely on this innate drive. And often, as is here, it is being used/manipulated to cause an individual to not act in their own self-interest.
There's two solutions:
1. provide a viable group alternate
2. let nature take its course and ensure the consequences fall squarely on them and less on others.
Right now, the consequences for not acting in their self-interest are either deferred or redirected onto others. That's why #2 isn't working.

God is truth, not the other way around, God is The Word.
If God calls the Night day, the night becomes day, He cannot lie, His words made the universe by speaking it into existence.
We call things true, because they reflect what God has done, He is where truth emanates from.
There is no Karma, God died for us, any horrible thing you can imagine about being born into a life, Christ experienced.
He is offering salvation and healing clean and free, to no matter how bad someones situation is.
He holds in His hand every child murdered in the womb, in the street, or in their home.
It is a lack of faith in the goodness of God to assign the cruelty of man to Him, He gave us free will, we make the choices that impact others, but those others are free to call upon God.

I don't disagree with you post, N. Albeit "grace is measured" (by what measure criteria?) and so is our reward/punishment in the next life (Heaven, by degree). Call it 'Karma' (loaded term) or whatever. All people will be judged by and "he that seweth sparingly..."; Heaven will not be Egalitarian Socialist, lest Justice be nullified via Mercy. Which it paradoxically is an does, per your point. Go figure.
