Y'all do realize the majority of Catholic Bishops in Germany are not far behind? They want all of the same as the liberal protestants.

I would let Cardinal Mueller and Bishop Athanasius Schneider figure out the good Bishops in Germany and Excommunicate the rest. Germany is a problem.

Bwahaha....so however aboiminable this is, you think it's any worse than all the Catholic priests molesting young altar boys through the years?? Religion is man-made, and yes, all the protestant offspring that left the Catholic system during the Reformation have lost the reasoning of the founders who came out, and will eventually join back with the "Great Whore" mentioned in Revelation 17-18 which God will ultimately destroy. By the way, Baptists are not protestant since they never came out of the Catholic system, and as the other poster mentioned, can trace their lineage back to John the Baptist.

Let's not overreact.

1) The evangelical churches in Germany are all but dead. I tried to visit the church of my ancestors when there in 2018, but the schedule did not work because the Lutheran Church only has services one Sunday a month. One pastor serves 4 churches and rotates from week to week.

2) It's a youth pastor. Those clowns would baptize a stuffed animal, especially in the non-denominational, red bouncing ball K-Love concert congregations.

3) A marriage is a covenant between a man, a woman and God. Some pink-haired twit "marrying" 4 dudes while holding a bible doesn't make in a marriage.

Martin Luther is definitely in heaven.

You on the other hand I'm not sure about.

You like Muslims more than your fellow Christians...

At every chance you try to drive a wedge between Christians.

You place yourself in a position where you declare Christian are going to hell.

I do hope you see the error of your ways and repent.

If you get to heaven you are going to see Luther there, he was saved by the Cross, the sacrifice of Christ, just like all Christians.

I also hope this blinded "youth pastor" sees the light and repents as well.

You both put yourselves in a place to speak on God's behalf.

no child luther was a heretic so his fate was sealed, there's still time for you though....good luck!

what do you honestly think luther would think of the church that bares his name today, the one that ordains women and homosexuals? that celebrates gay marriage? think he'd be proud of that?

THE central authority for protestants is the Bible. Any that tell you differently are heretics. Peroid

Yahweh seems to be disgusted and offended by dude on dude buttsex. They probably don’t or never have read any of the Bible.

You said in your heart, “I will ascend to the heavens; I will raise my throne above the stars of God;

One of my favorite biblical passages. The king of Babylon is being compared to Helel, son of Shahar (Canaanite sunrise god) who tried to usurp the king of the gods but was struck down. Helel (called “shining one” in some English translations, Phosphorous in Greek, and Lucifer in Latin) attempted to ascend above the stars (which were contained writhing the firmament - the super strong crystalline dome them believed was above the earth holding back a sky ocean) and set his thrown atop Mount Zaphon (mountain overlooking the ancient city of Ugarit - the culture of which preserved more ancient versions of many myths contained within the Bible) to overthrow El Elyon, a foolish endeavor.

So we have Canaanite deities, the firmament, stars within the firmament, and the mountain where El Elyon was thought to inhabit (later becoming the property of Baal and later still the mountain of Yahweh before Yahweh was detached from Baal and given his own mountain name just a hair off from Zaphon - Zion.

Good stuff

I spent over 25 years attending a Catholic church but never converted. Lots of really good people, just did not reach me like my Protestant upbringing.

But people like you are one of the reasons I could not stay there. I have been to a lot of different churches (Methodist, Baptist, Lutheran), and never did I encounter the self righteous and judgmental attitude similar to what you are showing today, which is really ironic considering all of the systemic and chronic problems that exist there.

Again, I have many, many, wonderful and great friends that are Catholic - really fantastic, generous, and spiritual people. The kind of people that do not have the nasty judgmental attitude that you expressed today. I don't follow some of the Catholic doctrine, but I totally respect their choices and would never pass judgment on those choices.

I hope you find your way to more understanding and thoughtfulness....

Again you place yourself in the place of God.

Luther trusted in Christ, he believed in him who saves.

Catholic or Orthodox or Protestant, Christ died for him, thats the cross.

The same that Christ thinks of you attacking your fellow Christians who believe and are saved.

Sorrow.

CINOs (Christians in name only) heretics have infiltrated every major Christian denomination......if you want a church that is trying to be true to the Word find a non denominational evangelical church, particularly one in a more suburban/rural location.

Amen, and preferably one that also sings from hymnals or songs that have deep scriptural meaning IMO. I know it’s old school and not too cool anymore, but those old hymns stir the soul, especially those taken directly from scripture itself as they are God breathed.

The churches that really get me are those who the preacher plucks one or maybe two verses out of scripture if that, irrespective of context, and goes on lengthy diatribes with personal anecdotes on something they want to talk about rather than use multiple scriptures through the Bible to let God speak for Himself on a subject matter, building up, educating, and edifying the church body in the process. I’m of the opinion that the church is starving for knowledge but gets far less practical teaching than it does feel good messages and positive self help they don’t even retain past lunch.

They let a lot of Syrians in. Wonder when Shira law takes hold? I’m sure this crew was all for it. Trading that muzzie evil for this one might not be the worst thing.

This has been a rough year for devout Christians, John McArthur passes, Charlie Kirk was assassinated and shortly after, Voddie Bachaum dies unexpectedly.....yeah, it's been a rough year for Believers who listen to and loved these men of God.
