Royal family are what they are. They like keeping their bloodlines pure, from generation to generation. Not so much because of skintone, but lineage. They'd also look down on the marriage if harry married a cracker like katy Perry.
Not sure if any royal family would be happy if one of the potential heirs married someone close to the entertainment industry.
