This is Spicer putting his foot in his mouth about Syria 2 days in a row!
Does comparing Assad to Hitler means we are going to war. How can we not remove someone worse than Hitler?

He was trying to say he never used gas in a theater of war to achieve a strategic objective. I think everyone knows Hitler used gas (Zyklon B, not sarin).
