if you bring up hitler, you're always in the wrong
but bringing up hitler and casually mentioning he didn't use chemical weapons...yikes
i'm sure there's a distinction he has in mind, but if you use a chemical to kill a person, or 10 million, it's safe to say that you've weaponized said chemical
also, if you're the press secretary...using the word "hitler" is grounds for dismissal. your job is PR. I can't think of any successful piece of public relations that included hitler...add to that his comment about hitler...time to go

If you're going to stand in the White House and bring up Hitler, you better understand exactly what you are saying and be extremely eloquent. If you can't do that, steer clear of Hitler.

Trump could definitely get someone better than Spicer, but this is just more wasted outrage from the left. Not a smart thing to say regardless, but it's pretty damn obvious what he meant in context.

Spicer didn't say Hitler didn't use gas in COMBAT. He said Hitler didn't even use gas, which he did.
