Should have nominated him to the Supreme Court . One more person that would have voted yes to hear the Pennsylvania case . Instead he nominated who the swamp wanted him too, instead of finding the next Thomas or Alito. He didn’t make many mistakes as president , but his Supreme Court picks were weak.

Ted is one of very few powerful Republicans to grasp the fact that the era of pussy footing country club chamber of commerce Republicans is over. There is a cultural war to fight that conservatives, for once, actually have a chance at winning. He appears willing to have that fight.
