Perhaps we can send John Kerry to Sri Lanka to help.

President Tells Starving Sri Lanka That Green Anti-Fertilizer Policy Was a ‘Mistake’

quote:

The president of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka Gotabaya Rajapaksa admitted in remarks on Monday that his controversial decision to ban the use of chemical fertilizers was a “mistake,” contributing to the nation’s worst economic crisis in its history.

“I feel that the failure to provide chemical fertilizer to farmers was a mistake, we have taken steps to provide that again,” the president stated as new members of his cabinet were sworn in Monday.

No shite.

That’s going to be on this guy’s tombstone if he doesn’t fix shite soon. Provided there is enough of him left to bury.

Sri Lanka was a test run for the farmer crackdown in the Netherlands and the rest of Europe followed soon by the US. Famines and death of millions is a feature of marxist governance and history. Ask Lenin, Stalin or Mao.

And anybody having any doubts the WEF doesn't have a solid marxist foundation is fooling themselves.

Chemical fertilizers can be avoided and still have great crop production but it sounds like these idiots didn't have a clue what they were doing other than "banning chemical fertilizer." ooof.

Someone needs to teach these farmers to properly use fertilizer.

It’s the ultimate means of control. It’s just a matter of time before some crack pot suggests worldwide famine and die-offs to save the planet.

Dire predictions by Malthus in the 18th century and Paul Ehrlich in the mid-20th century did not materialize because of progress in agricultural technology, primarily in fertilizers. Sri Lanka is a proving ground that those doomsday predictions can occur if we ignore technology.

Do you have studies to back that up beyond a small farm level because that’s not what my farmer friends tell me.

He sounds like Joe Manchin. Probably took a payoff and now is trying to backtrack.

Not in mass production. Maybe on a small family farm.

Because of short supply, food prices rose higher than many could afford. This shines a light on another of the causes of inflation. Kerry wants to import this to America to "fight climate change." This will compound the inflationary pressure of Biden's war on oil, gas and coal.

Kerry tries it and we’ll find out how well rich a-hole raised on grass-fed beef tastes.
