Lower taxes on who, for how long, in which sectors?
That’s silly. Lower taxes on vegan restaurants in upper middle class neighborhoods with a median income of $130,000 wouldn’t do much.
Modernizing infrastructure is a good idea if it’s publicly funded. If it leads to loads of toll roads and the sale of existing infrastructure, it’s not worth the cost. Especially to the average American.
I can agree with border security. Build a wall. It won’t do much, but as a deterrent, maybe it helps. I’m more concerned with people paying into DACA than I am illegal immigrants. Surely this administration, if any, will see to deportations.
Finally: America’s standing in the world as a shining city on a hill, the bastion of liberty and the only and most important power is being diminished.
It’s very hard to sell democracy to nations that don’t have it when the leader of ours is tweeting crazy shite.
