It stands to reason we are gathering intel on the CVN groups as well.
Maybe we should never do anything with the military ever and then noone will ever know what we are doing. Not now, not ever. That would be the ultimate in OPSEC.

You are right to point out that he doesn't know. You are doing the same thing he did (assuming) when you say the administration doesn't know.
