They have the numbers to elect him.
Will they expose themselves again as uni-party?

I mean this would be probably the best Republican political move of all time. He could literally be the scapegoat for any bad media for going after democrat corruption.

Also Trump would be all over the media. It would be unbelievable campaign air time

Also this is the shite show I want to see in government. I don’t care about all the other bull shite soap opera stories of DC that are meaningless. I want Trump wrecking shite.

He could already have the dems over a barrel before the 2024 election got here, all he would need to do as pres would be to finish em off.
I realize this has almost no chance, but damn it sounds good.

They’ve made a mockery of themselves, their office, their country, and its citizenry for so long it is time they reap what they have sown.

100% spot on, how do you think the democrats will reap what they've sown?

What if the deal is to make him Speaker but he cannot run for President. He may take the sure thing rather than risk another "loss". This might be the only way to get him to support another Republican for president.

He could clear the way for a Republican win in 2024.

Why do you answer "Trump" to everything?

Making him Speaker requires him to spend time in DC because he is in charge of votes and so forth.

They may do it under the idea that it hamstrings his ability to campaign.

He barely campaigns, he has employed Biden tactics ( duck and hide). So he can be a Republican version of Fetterman in the house.

I actually think this would be an EXCELLENT way for the man to live out the rest of his life

go to the head of the organization that actually has the power to get stuff done

- NOTHING gets funded that is not demonstrably for the 'good of the nation'

- NOTHING gets funded that contains corrupt hidden 'earmarks' for corruption.

- NOTHING gets funded that violates the simple constructs of the CONSTITUTION - make the bastard go thru the AMENDMENT process if they want something not covered by - and especially if specifically prohibited by - the constitution.

- DEMAND every federal organization eliminate waste and abuse - demand a DECREASE in every funding for EVERY department that cannot make a convincing argument to the CONGRESS of why they cannot 'fulfill their duty' with 30% LESS money than they had last year.

Turn off that spigot of CORRUPTION that is the 'appropriations' process in the current administrative state.
