POTUS speaks on legal immigration reform

Wants to cut the legal immigration down from 1M to 500k and make it merit based.
1M legals come in a year.
1 in 15 bring skilled jobs to the economy.
1 in 5 come in and get on welfare immediately.
75% dont speak english or even try to after arriving.
These aren't right vs left facts, these are America first facts.
Why continue to bring in people who do nothing but leech off taxpayers and further bloat the already broken welfare state?
This will be signature legislation in the end.

I'm sorry but if you have the advantages of being born, raised, and educated in America and can't find a job then that is your problem. Want to help the American worker, cut welfare and make them get off their asses and get a job. As long as welfare is so prevalent, all this will do is cut down on the workforce and cause job shortages, or cause people to hire more illegal immigrants.

I've got no problem with this. The people who are going to have a problem with it are the businesses who claim they can't make a profit unless they have migrant workers.
