I updated, LAT added it to the line about hating white people. But it wasn't there when I originally posted the link.

Nothing to see here folks. Just another conspiracy theory concocted by white supremacists.
It may have something to do with colonialism.

How did a homeless vagrant get a gun? Hmmm.

Also is there some sort of overlap between BLM and Islam? I know that are at least a decent amount of black Americans that have converted to Islam over the last 20 years... I've never heard of or met a white person who converted.
Do they both just hate the way of the west and the 'oppressive system' that has been established?
Weird stuff but Keith Ellison's connection with the Muslim brotherhood and other groups as such lends the idea credence.

From the article:
The suspect was identified as Kori Ali Muhammad, a 39-year-old man who was wanted in connection with the shooting death of a security guard outside a motel Thursday, said Police Chief Jerry Dyer. The FBI has been notified of the shooting deaths.
Dyer said Muhammad had expressed hatred toward white people and the government. The chief said he shouted “Allahu Akbar” before turning himself into police.
Chances this is prosecuted as a hate crime? Zero.

i'm searching for a connection myself
it's theoretically possible, but a major reach right now given what we know

Not in any official sense that I know of, I just don't know what else to call rising militant black-on-white/cops crime these days. It's political, it's terroristic, and it coincided with the rise of a BLM movement that runs the gamut from entirely civil to shooting spree.
But I could definitely see a mentally unstable person latching on to both concepts simultaneously, and the NOI/Farrakhan wing of the radical left provides some framework for that.

kind of like the "satanists" who are just serious whackos who latch onto the extreme counter-cultural aspects of saying they worship satan....before they kill people
or the people who claim ISIS before killing people...while having no real connection with ISIS

I mean if it does then whatever but I don't like he is trying to back door it in there. I am not a BLM supporter however I don't agree trying to associate them with radical Muslims.

Yes, which some on the anti-Muslim train will object to, but I agree.
I think it's an indictment of radical ideology if it can prompt unstable people to kill people, even if they're never really connected to the larger movement

he may be a fake, NOI "muslim" which is a lot closer to BLM than ISIS

The original article didn't say anything about Islam, it just said he hated white people and the government. I don't like BLM overall, and especially don't like the fringe that kills cops, but I'm not trying to tie it to Islamic terrorism.

And Tea Party people who got associated with every violent right wing nut job sympathize with you.

Yeah I don't think this is a BLM thing...
Do you have any black friends who have converted to Islam? I just want to know what they see in the religion.... Seems like not much to offer, but I'd like to hear insight if you know any.

radical ideologies just attach to crazy people
crazy people see the world differently, because they're crazy, and extreme ideologies just work with that mindset
it doesn't always have to be related to violence. lots of conspiracy kooks are just crazy people who seek outlets that confirm this biased view of themselves within the world
