Poster bonkers119 works for Louisiana Democratic Party, per a 2014 post on DU

On October 30th 2014, a user named bonkers119 went onto DU a week before the senate runoff and posted that Mary Landrieu had a chance.
What are the chances a this is a different bonkers119 than the one who has come on this board recently to Stan Kamala?
