Red States will pile up in person voting and the blue States will pile up massive mail ballots a week later.
Counting this election will make 2000 look like a walk in the park.

The Bush v. Gore case finding would surely figure in prominently, I'm just not presently certain on what points. It will be discussed ad nauseam in due time I'm sure.

Say you mail a ballot to every single eligible to vote American.
I live in a largely Repub area. A USPS driver destroy a percentage of ballots from this district and have it still be largely affecting Trump votes, right?

Don't see that happening. The margin is going to be to wide and irregularity is going to be off the charts for them to even attempt this. It is going to be a clear blowout election night and I think the Democrats will throw a tantrum for a week or so and Joe will concede.

I think something like this scheme would end America as everyone knows it. It does 1 of 2 things.
1. The right has had enough and we see mass violence breakout.
2. We actually don’t see violence breakout and the country goes full commie.

You don’t understand the system. The popular vote isn’t for the president but for the slate of electors pledged to a candidate. Just because a network calls a state, based upon exit polls doesn’t mean that the state is official. It’s not official until the election officials in the states certify the winner. The press could project a winner, but if a cache of ballots is found, the result could change based on the new ballots. This could happen in MI, WI, PA, FL, NC among others.

The SOS is appealing it, but a federal judge (Obama appointee) just ruled that Georgia has to count all mail in ballots that are "postmarked" on election day and arrive at the county election office by Friday November 6th.
State election rules says ballots have to be received by 7PM on election day.

Bush versus Gore depended on violating the Constitution of the State of Florida. That is what ultimately led to the Supreme Court ending the dispute.
No matter how many times they counted one county, Gore never went ahead. The Constitution said that every county would recounted, not hand picked counties. Democrats wanted one and over the years we've seen the circle jerk the south eastern counties have provided.
