I definitely agree entitlement spending and all that is also a large part of the problem. I'm against all of it.
My point is that all this bombing and stuff around the world isn't free and the way it's paid for is via inflation for the most part.

There is no factual basis for the idea that fentanyl is coming in on boats from Venezuela. That route does not exist because Venezuela is not part of the fentanyl supply chain in any way. If a country is not producing precursors and not hosting labs, it cannot be an export hub for fentanyl.
Fentanyl is so potent and compact that traffickers have zero incentive to move it by sea. A brick can supply a city. A backpack can be worth millions. The dominant route is simple. Precursors to Mexico, labs in Mexico, then finished product moved through official U.S. border crossings in cars and trucks. That is the logistical spine of the fentanyl trade, and it does not resemble the old maritime cocaine routes at all.
The only reason people imagine a Venezuelan fentanyl boat is because cocaine moves that way. Cocaine needs farmland and grows in Colombia, so Caribbean and Atlantic boat corridors developed to support that crop. Shipping a tiny high value synthetic drug thousands of miles by water is pointless when it can be driven across a land port in a Ford Focus.
Every major fentanyl seizure in the United States traces back to the same pipeline. Chinese precursors, Mexican labs, and land ports of entry. There has never been a significant fentanyl seizure tied to Venezuela or any Caribbean maritime corridor. If a Venezuelan fentanyl route existed in the real world, at least one interdiction or trafficking map would show it. None do. The route is imaginary.
