Well first off reading into a Twitter poll is just dumb. There is absolutely nothing scientific about that at all, might as well ask your friend and call that a poll too.
Second, I would bet I could do a similar poll here for just the Republicans about a cure or another trump presidency and the results would be similar in favor of keeping trump.

Well since biden winning is a 100% disaster and the vaccine will be something less (maybe way less) than 100% effective seems pretty fricking logical to me.

It is astonishing once you grasp the gravity of the poll. People are completely ok with fatalities from COVID-19 as long as Orange Man is out of office.
