22% of men are idiots if they think they could take a chimp.

The poll responses underestimate geese. I once witnessed a large chocolate lab make the mistake of targeting a Canadian goose defending her nest.

I also once witnessed a Juarez cock-fight and even it’s brutality didn’t compare to the savage attack that the goose inflicted upon that poor unfortunate dog. A angry goose defending it’s brood is a beaked hell-spawn of winged fury.

Unarmed?

I'd say another 25%+ are naive to working with rodents. Corner a male 500g rat for a fight with your bare hands and you will find out just how mean they can be.

Sprague Dawleys are used for alcoholism studies. You get them drunk on an insane amount of everclear (I think they call it the Ol' Piss model). Handling them the next morning when they are hungover requires chain mail gloves.

NISH. I was too poor to go private school. But I went to some CHS football games when they won the Class B state.

I swear any thread, regardless of the forum it’s in, that even mentions the idea of a hypothetical fight involving a chimp is like a TD bat signal to bring everyone there.

While unlikely to be statistically significant, I did find it interesting that the only species in which women exceeded men was the lion.

Perhaps 8% of women think they could win an argument with Simba?

Ever heard of the death roll? Even if you get a grip on its jaw and take advantage of its weak opening strength, that fricker will spin you like a washing machine.

Probably higher than 90% of the population has never seen a wild animal, or even a tame hungry carnivore, attack its prey .
They have no clue how vicious a Feral cat can be.
In their minds Muff is just a sweet ol fuzz ball.

We aren’t designed to kill any animal unarmed. We are badasses in the animal kingdom because we do arm ourselves.

While that is true, even when armed, we are endurance hunters.

"Exactly 27 percent of men affiliate with each party, with 43 percent declaring themselves Independent. Gays, lesbians and bisexuals support Democratic candidates around 70 percent of the time."

So 3% of these liberal betas actually believe they could take on a rat? Gimme the rat & even odds.

How would you physically take down an elephant unarmed? Not just believing you are tough enough to do it but to believe there is any physical way possible to do it is insane.

I'd say about 2% of men could pretty handily take down a chimp...sure chimps are usually a little stronger and more viscous than a human,
But they're dumber, smaller, and don't have the tactical know-how to avoid getting kicked.

If you set up a fight with a UFC striker, a larger kickboxer, a SF member or the like, they have a legit chance to take the chimp

a red kangaroo can be over 5 feet tall, near 200 pounds, and can jump 30 feet. if one rocked back on his tail and planted both feet in your gut, you might rethink that.
