If the left ever gets in power - they will stack the courts and the bill of rights will be no more. See Europe

So it didn’t rhyme with “tigger”, it rhymed with “tigga”? I thought that one was OK?

After reading the article he was basically arrested for being trash/disorderly in public
The N word part is a distraction

Hinesville is majority black and the home of Ft Stewart. Odds are strong that the cops he dealt with are blacks or military transplants.

Freedom of speech. Probably will get paid for false arrest.

Are we gonna start arresting black people for calling each other that?
Because I’m not sure legally what the difference is.

No.
Disorderly conduct or disturbing the peace.

The Left’s dream of arresting people for using words they don’t like will eventually become true everywhere but Georgia is a lost cause
Georgia should annex from Atlanta

Easy lawsuit. You have to arrest every person that says it in public, on records, on radio, etc in Georgia, or you have racially profiled Reddish.

This kind of falls into the same universe as the YouTube guy who shot the guy attacking him recently.
Saying it makes him an a-hole but being an a-hole isn’t against the law. And in this case, as pointed out, selectively enforcing this particular law may end up getting the PD in trouble because it opens them up to all kinds of scrutiny about cases where they have tried to make an arrest under this law.
