I'm a team DeSantis guy, but if the nominee is Trump, I'll be on team MAGA. Not doing so would mean one less vote for America's best interest.
Same reason people are choosing B, just not going down that path again. Luckily I live in a bright red state so it doesn't matter.

But his absolute ridiculous, uncalled for, childish attacks on Desantis and Youngkin REALLY pissed me off
me too - I am giving him the benefit of the doubt this one time - but if he goes scorched earth on ether of them, especially Desantis, it will severely test my resolve.

I feel like my eyes were opened to him for the first time. I do not look at him the same at all.
I have disliked his bombastic since the beginning of the '16 primary season. I voted for him because he was not as bad as HRC, but didn't come to actually love the man (meaning his courage and agenda, not his personality) until I saw that he was actually DOING what he SAID he'd do - and do it UNAPOLOGETICALLY.
I LOVE his "never apologize" resolve (except individually and not publicized) and especially his anti-PC stances.
If he could just hold his tongue and allow some stuff to just roll away with the fog rather than bring out the heavy artillery to shoot a cockroach.

There are some people that are just done with him, and would rather the US hit rock bottom with another 4 years of Biden, ushering in perhaps a much stronger GOP nationwide, as opposed to Trump doing permanent damage to the party.

It isn't 2016 anymore. You can't bury your head in your arse and pretend Trump will do what he says.

Speaking of people saying what they’re going to do, has Desantis even said what HE would/will do as President? If not, how are so many people so sure he’s the absolute right guy for the job??

We'd have six years of him making decisions to compare.

I don't hire managers based on what they say they will do. I hire them based on what they have done.
So far, he's done a fairly good job down in Florida. He's still got another year and a half to prove it out.

Fair enough, but look at the alternative. I would rather have someone that can't accomplish their goals because they're constantly being blocked by the D's than have a D in office that can carry out their fricked up, anti-America agenda with little to no resistance.

I wouldn't. Give me the option who had accomplished what he said he'd do.

I get your hiring philosophy for your own purposes, but I think particularly in the case of political elections it’s pretty key to know something and eventually everything about their platform and agenda. That’s all forward looking. What I’m asking is how can folks be so very sure without having heard any of that?
