They’ve backed themselves into a corner on this by stoking the flames of impeachment from Inauguration Day on. This is all going to badly backfire on them. They’ve created expectations with their base which is already out for blood. They’ll soon discover why working up half of America into a froth is never a good idea.

So she had reservations about Pelosi's statement? Sources are also reported that she has advised Pelosi to take back the statement she had previously given on the matter.

I actually believe Pelosi is desperately trying to keep her party from doing this. She is politically savvy and knows how much of a loser impeachment will be in 2020.
