Looking at the video, the perp looks like it may be a female. Just the way the person carries them self is kinda affeminate.

Well if I was delivering a pipe bomb, I would definitely set the bomb down and sit on a nearby park bench to check my emails. Which is what the video shows.

The FBI is learning their lesson.
The next time they plant a bomb it will explode then they will be the ones to investigate and they will pin it on whatever domestic terrorist group they choose.

The Secret Service which would have done a sweep of the building, and outside, before Kamela Harris was to arrive. She was in the building at around that time.

yeah, but they seem to get caught intentionally. the same goes with the glowies at rallies; they seem intentionally obvious, placed where they are to let people know the government is watching them. it also has the effect of making people suspicious of each other.
