That's one ugly hotel room.

What a shitty room.
That deco is gaudy, even for Vegas.

more bizarre by the minute. i mean he could have been sitting on the ground with the tripod in front between his legs but why didnt he remove/pull the curtain out of the way? no way he closed the curtain, still had the tripod in his lap to shoot and then offed himself because there are no bulletholes in the curtain...very very odd.
doubtful it would land that way if he dropped it.
eta where are the other 4,000 spent rounds?

Guessing he did with that pistol at the top of the pic. But no idea.
Unless someone moved the pistol upon swat entry something is off. Perfect drops from pool of blood to pistol. That doesn't happen.

If he sustained fire for 30 seconds (IIRC) he'd need a bigger clip than 60 rounds. Also he'd have to change barrels fairly often.

This is such BS . Thought this guy was Mr Rich and got two rooms . You can see what the rooms look like on Mandalay's website - Nothing resembles this . The furniture , carpet , and Curtains looks like something you'd get at a Microtel in Afghanistan.

On the 4th floor.

I expected to see drums. Those clips would last just a few seconds... the sustained fire that we all heard does not compute with those clips.

Right there. In the first picture on the link you posted.

I had it on another room but that picture shows a different place when the link is posted. I looked around the room with some sort of virtual tour-- before and did not see the fugly chairs.

After skimming through this thread I have only one question, how many hours of CSI do you have to watch to get your forensics certification, and do you also get credit for NCIS?
