I'm not going to try to speak for all anons, but from my perspective, we need to see every institution fail us before any of this stuff is brought to a close. And I mean every institution, including the SCOTUS. Don't be surprised by bad news today. And if it comes down against us, don't despair. We will be just that much closer to closing this thing out.

Birthright citizenship? Yeah, we’re going to lose that one.

I think the judiciary believes they are being moderates and keeping the temperature of the country cooled.

They aren’t.

I would prefer they just think what’s constitutional or not regardless of how left right or moderate they think the correct decision is.

I would as well.

Roberts dropped any pretense of that with Sebelius.

Great post. This movie is just starting and only a few of us know the plot.

Congress needs to address the law by doing their jobs …. writing and passing Legislation.

But they’ve been so dependent on lobbyists to write Legislation that they long ago forgot how to do themselves.

We have an immigration problem because Congress is wants it.
We have an overwhelming Budget problem because Congress wants it.
We have a massive Debt problem because Congress wants it
We have a parasitic criminal element because Congress wants it
etc.
etc.
etc.

Executive orders are useless in the grand scheme of things. Snip snap. Whatever Democrat that is next will just roll a lot of Trump’s “progress” away immediately.

One thing you have to give Trump credit for, he brings a lot of long standing issues to a head and forces the USSC to make a decision.

This one is DOA... Should it be a slam dunk? hell yes, but we are past the point of it should be a slam dunk into the absurd wins out. It makes to much sense.

Correct.

Conservatives have been fighting a rearguard action. Only reacting to Marxism.

Forcing the opposition to react is the only way to bring the issues to a head.

It’s time to cut to the fricking chase.
If nothing happens before midterms and it’s the same business as usual bullshite nothing will ever happen.

The solution is in the branch of government that, for whatever reason, has decided they no longer have a role in governance.

Well, I know the reason. They figured out their position is a great way to massively enrich themselves and their families, and they don’t want to take any risk in shutting that down.

There's losing and there's losing. Do they declare BC a tenet of the 14th or kick it to Congress to define "lawful jurisdiction thereof"? Those are very different outcomes.

If SCOTUS cares at all about the future of this country and if they want it to still exist in 20 years, we shouldn't. But we will.

This. Everything happening here and Western Europe is all by design. We are being destroyed intentionally from within. The Great Reset.

Yep. Much easier to campaign on “fighting John Doe’s agenda” than actually getting any meaningful legislation through.
