If the entrenchment of corruption is so deep that we cannot secure our elections, we are in a legitimate constitutional crisis. The path forward is messy. But necessary.

When the GENIUS Act goes live in November or January, the stablecoin regulatory framework the architecture of the next financial system will be built by Treasury, OCC, FDIC, NCUA, FinCEN, and CFPB. The Fed will have no rule. No seat. No authority over the rails that will carry the digital dollar.
The Supreme Court just protected Lisa Cook's right to sit in a chair that no longer controls the room.
The Fed exists in name only.
