Why do you believe the one acting crazy? The guy in video says she even threw some of his stuff. I’m assuming before he started filming.

if you listened to the video, you would be aware that both he and she seem to acknowledge she did not initially see him. The confrontation did not arise from the “cutting in line.“ It seems to arisen from him (probably) politely touching her on the shoulder to let her know that she had cut. Her PTSD kicked in, and she lost her shite.
