Here's how this goes in the real world, SFP. If Fannie is stupid enough to pursue it, she'll end up in jail, and the case will be dropped by her successor. Got it?

The timing is the solid.

Had they waited until after he was inaugurated, he ran the risk of having to deal with the "Constitutional crisis" media narrative. It's likely exactly why they did it now and not later.

They're still following the DOJ policy.

lmao imagine thinking dropping the case is doing him a solid.
it was a thinly veiled political persecution that ran entirely out of runway.
they did it now because they already look terrible and are trying to save what little face they have left.

the DOJ "policy" had been to get Trump at any cost. It's like you slept through the past year. They colluded with the prosecutors in Ga. They created Jackoff Smith to waste millions of dollars for exactly nothing. They even sent their #3 guy to NY to prosecute Trump. And after all that, he put a historical beating on your low iq DEI candidate. I know it's stings but there it is

Closing out the cases may be interesting. Smith and trump will be asked to submit their desires regards official statement of closure, timing, future liabilities, and recovery of damages associated with the litigation. Trump will have the opportunity to id his legal costs and have the fed govt reimburse. Will he just ask for a clean break, or will he ask for 495 million dollars.

Doing this first with Judge Cannon is to his advantage.

I would rather SFP not hijack this comment, restrain your self
