Wonder what’s going to happen procedurally to the criminal case against Trump in NY? He would almost certainly get a reversal on appeal, but he cannot perfect an appeal until post-sentencing. How can he be sentenced to incarceration at this point? Isn’t there a pending motion to dismiss filed subsequent to the jury verdict and based on inadmissible evidence, presumably based on the Supreme Court’s holding in Trump’s suit regarding Presidential immunity.?
