GOP districts in Pa need to withhold their ballots until all of the Dem strongholds have reported in.

Some of the rural districts did do this in 2020. They couldn't wait out all of the mail-in. But they did wait through the usual Phily Vote dump.

Which means that clown just gave notice for immediate protest to all counts in Pennsylvania on election night. And the SCOTUS will ultimately win.
