Nvidia. It's insanity they can't be prosecuted for insider trading, yet because I work for a public PE firm I'm under all these goddamn rules.

The fact that I, a low level peon at a Fortune100 tech company, have restrictions on when I can buy and sell shares with no insight or ability to change the price but congress can do this shite is insane to me

I don't think what he did is illegal.....it should be but it isn't.....she has been pretty brazen.

If they leaked this before they announce the bill it would lead me to believe that the price will be driven up and he will be selling his stock off at a much higher price than he bought and he will do this before the vote. Then they will turn down the bill. See how that works.

You guys have any idea how many govt agencies pass "regulations" on certain specs for equipment that standardize industries....and only one company can supply them....man could make a fortune.
