She is starting to lose it . It would not be smart to have all of the moderate democrats in the house vote to impeach Trump or Barr before the election. These moderates have to campaign and claim to support Trump to keep their seat.

It ties up the Senate. By rule, Impeachment trumps everything else and no other order of business can be considered until the impeachment resolution is resolved.
